Strength Training

Babes and Barbells is a powerlifting programming mash up designed to introduce you to the barbell AND challenge you to go get those UNLIMITED GAINS! Lifting 3 days a week while following the provided programming has proven to be the perfect compliment to our higher intensity classes. Space in each session is limited to 16 babes.

  • Absolutely! Our workouts are made to be shifted and unique to you! Our coaches work with you in small class settings to make sure you feel comfortable and confident from the moment you walk in the door! 

  • We are a mashup gym. A mashup of different kinds of programming with building strength and endurance being the foundation of our methods!! We primarily use dumbbells in class settings that you pick for the wheelhouse you are in. There is no prescribed weight to use or time standard to meet. However…there are goals and windows of opportunity and growth always!! Muscles and minds kind of growth. 

  • We totally understand. And we’ve all learned together over the last 12 years we’ve been on our little corner of Manchester. That’s what fitness is!! It’s leaning new skills, movements, lifts, and ways of life!! Being open to learning is the ONLY prerequisite for joining our community!!!
